GeoNumerics is glad to announce its participation in the course "UAVs: introducción y aplicaciones a la geoinformación y el patrimonio" organized by CTTC with the collaboration of the Instituto Geográfico Nacional (IGN) and sponsored by Geotronics and GeoNumerics. The course will be held at the premises of IGN (Madrid, Spain) on 18th - 20th May 2015. Dr. Colomina, Chief Scientist Officer of GeoNumerics, will be one of the invited lecturers, in charge of the navigation integrity and security aspects.
"UAVs: introducción y aplicaciones a la geoinformación y el patrimonio" will introduce the attendants to the use of unmanned aerial systems (UAS) for geoinformation applications, its components and regulations. The theory will be combined with examples of applications focusing in photogrammetric applications and the integration of multi-sensor data.
The course is aimed at technicians, young researchers, engineers and scientists interested in UAS applications. The course has been specifically designed so that participants do not require any specific, previous knowledge on the subject.
